  I have no idea how this place has such a low rating. The food was delicious and the happy hour drink was tasty for how cheap it was. I gave three stars because the line was slow; however, they did open another register (it took a bit) and there are a lot of flies. Like ew! I don't want to have to fan my food while I'm eating, I want to enjoy and sip my drink. They need to get some fly strips or something and change them out often, the flies are a problem. The staff was very helpful and friendly! Loved how they interacted with me and gave me tips during my visit. If you had a long day and want some peace and quiet this isn't the place for you. The scooting of the chairs can get very annoying and fast. However, an employee informed me that Friday nights they have a live band and it gets pretty live. Looking forward to some more tacos.

  So this Taco Cabana is the WORST!! Absolute worst!! I live near here, but to be honest I would rather skip my taco craving because this is the worst Taco Cabana. Where do I start....
  First off, they always forget something. I don't care if you have waited 30-45 minutes in the drive through,(which I have done at this location), just to NOT get something I ordered. This is a ​normal service here. They give you what they want to give you, not what you ordered. Then they have the audacity to have an issue with you when you tell them to correct the order.
  I had to correct an order,I​ went inside to the manager​​, and told her my problem, she preceded to still get the order wrong​ and didn't give me back my receipt​ so I couldn't do the survey on the receipt​. I mean seriously!!!!! I hate going to this TC, on Rigsby, I might like all the other ones. (just being funny, not necessarily true) They are rude and you will never get an order correct. I say they shut this one down and pan out all the employees to different TC's to learn how to be an employee, and put the customer first. The wait is always astronomical. I'm just saying!! Get it RIGHT TC!! #rantover

  I ordered a cheese enchilada plate and soda and end up waiting over 30 minutes in the drive-thru for it and the worst part is there is no escape. Once you are there you are stuck. They are so unapologetic about the wait too. Then they forgot to give me my drink so I ended up having to go inside to get it and it was one of those days where you leave to get food with no intention of getting out of your car because you look like you just rolled out of bed. On top of that, the rice was so hard and dry and tastes exactly how you would imagine a bucket of warm dirty mop water would taste. It tastes very soapy and I am just beyond disgusted and have lost my appetite.

  He came in 1145pm and we thought they would run us out because they close at 12. We were only ones there. We ordered cabana bowls and kimberly served us she made them with love, the best ever had like a chief would make she then said stay as long as you like just use back door she even came back to check on us to see how we liked them. I'm a server and she went above and beyond to see to our needs she's a gem dont let her get away. We havent gone there in a while now it will be our hang out.  Good job kimberly

  Had to stop by here to grab something hot and fast for the ride home after a long late night at a school track meet. The drive through was extremely long so I decided to go on in to place my order. There was only a family sitting outside so the entire place was dead. I ordered a chicken taco bowl with the beans and rice on the side a long with 2 bean and cheese and a carne guisada to go.
  The beans in the tacos were whole beans!!?? And there was almost no meat in the carne guisada just gravy. But what really took it over the top was the fact that they put NO CHICKEN IN THE "chicken taco bowl"!!! It was just a bowl with lettuce!!?!? The beans were sour and the rice was like a glob of I don't know. It was a 45 minute drive home so there was no way I was driving back. I call the manager "Maria" and she didn't seem to phased by this. She apologized and wanted me to go back when I told her no she just said they was not much she could do about it.
  People this place deserves NO STARS!
  Don't go here. Just go to Whataburger that's next door.
